Overview: The Senior Corporate Counsel will be primarily responsible for providing legal advice and assisting in Company compliance with Securities Exchange Act reporting, securities offerings, and corporate governance. The Senior Corporate Counsel will draft and review securities law filings and be an integral part of the Company’s legal team, working closely with external counsel and other business functions including finance, HR and tax. The Senior Corporate Counsel will report directly to the Associate General Counsel.
Compensation: A highly competitive base salary and bonus, as well as equity (RSU’s).
Experience: The successful candidate will have 6+ years of significant public company securities reporting (Regulation S-K) experience gained through work in a major law firm or corporate law department, with excellent law school credentials. Corporate governance experience is a strong plus.
Location: Norwalk, CT. This is a national search – the Company will relocate the right candidate, if necessary.
