The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) combines Deutsche Bank's Corporate Finance, Global Markets and Global Transaction Banking businesses. This new business division was created in 2017 with the aim to ensure greater alignment of product and sales efforts, enabling the bank to deliver a better service to clients and a more focused resource allocation.
Corporate Finance is comprised of regional and industry-focused coverage teams that ensure the delivery of the entire range of financial products and services to the bank's corporate clients. The business includes the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team as well as the debt and equity capital markets (DCM and ECM) teams.
Global Markets is dedicated to building long-term, sustainable relationships with the bank's key corporate and institutional clients. It combines a market-leading institutional sales force, world-class research with trading and structuring expertise to provide clients with access to liquidity and customised solutions across a wide range of markets, products and regions.
Global Transaction Banking (GTB) is a leading global provider of cash management, trade finance and securities services, delivering the full range of commercial banking products and services for both corporates and institutions worldwide.
As part of Equity Product Development team, supporting the global platform rationalization and be the face-off to business sponsors and key stakeholders.
Act as the product specialist to drive the process re-engineering and platform implementation across the Equities businesses.
Partner with Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance and other control functions in delivering the strategic programs as set and defined by the Business heads and the Steering committee.
Facilitates the business requirements with the business stakeholders and to ensure the APAC specifics are factored in the global requirements (e.g. F2B process workshops, BRD reviews)
Partner with IT in the solutioning and designing of platform solutions that are fit-for-purpose (e.g. technical design reviews, POC prototype)
Ongoing governance over the deliveries of these programs and act as an escalation point to management in a timely manner (e.g. working groups, steercos)
Regional projects (New business / market, Revenue driven, Reg and Compliance)
Act as the central point of engagement for business and manage the F2B deliveries in enabling new business / market initiatives.
Support COOs in formulating responses to regulatory and compliance on process and platform-related topics (trading and control reviews, onsite inspections, etc.)
Partner with the GME counterparts in identifying processes and solutions across product lines
Leverage strategic solutions in other businesses to meet our GPF needs
Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance or Computer Science / Engineering
Technology-savvy with hands-on knowledge and solution driven
Program / Project management and strong organization skills
Excellent analytical skills to provide support and resolve technical issues
Independent self-starter, customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
Understanding of key trading concepts relevant for Equities including market rules, mechanism, dynamics, relevant compliance concepts
Ability to perform effectively across multiple functions in a matrix environment
