The Government of Northwest Territories (GNWT) is seeking leadership for the Business Performance Unit. As the Manager, Business Performance you’ll be responsible to manage a team of four (4) direct reports that use data analysis to identify areas for improvement within the organization that will provide guidance through the strategic planning process for the department. This position is critical in advancing the GNWT’s business effectiveness and efficiencies.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the use of data analysis to help guide the decision-making process across the government. In this role, you’ll be driving leadership in an area that will improve human resource activities and ultimately positively impact residents across the entire territory.

The successful candidate would require a university degree in social sciences or related field with 5-years of work experience in analyzing data, identifying trends and producing reports, preferably in the area of human resource metrics and 2-years of experience supervising and managing employees.
