The Government Information Coordinator develops and leads library services focused on government information and maps. He or she supports research, instruction, and outreach for government information, maps, and social science resources. The Government Information Coordinator manages the library's government documents, maps, and microforms collections and serves as the liaison to the Federal Depository Library Program. The incumbent also serves as a liaison to a social science department and provides reference support. She or he plans, coordinates and manages the work of 2 full-time staff members, 1 part-time staff member, and 4-6 student workers.This position will collaborate across the library, university, and other organizations to develop innovative services and promote the use and preservation of government information.
