The Corporate Security Director of Training is responsible for the Caesars Entertainment Enterprise Security Training Program. This responsibility includes oversight of security training for all security personnel, and non security employee security awareness training programs. The role reports directly to the Corporate Security Senior Vice President of Caesars Entertainment. The position is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada with some travel required. Oversight of the security training program covers all 40 North American Caesars Entertainment properties and responsibility for ensuring everyone is appropriately trained on Caesars Entertainment security protocols.
5 years leading security training efforts. Experienced in training law enforcement, military or private security. Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop curriculum and facilitate training.
