Adhere to Children's Service Center and appropriate governing body Code of Ethics
Follow Children's Service Center Crisis procedures and intervene in crisis situations when appropriate
Monitor side effects of medications and consult with medical staff when appropriate
Attends and participates in appropriate meetings
Collaborate with schools, courts, and community agency personnel regarding individual case situations
Maintains active caseload and completes documentation and case management in accordance with Children's Service Center Policies (i.e. Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Referrals, etc…).
Use time management and organizational skills to maintain an open caseload that has the ability to add clients when referred. Outpatient clinicians must ensure flexibility to allow for assigned cases to be seen in a timely manner without a cap on clients.
Establish and/or maintain effective working relationships with other Children's Service Center programs/services along with all community resources/agencies.
Maintains compliance with applicable program regulations, i.e. JCAHO, managed care, as well as Agency Policies and Procedures.
Participates in evaluation of services. Assists in planning for modifications of programs with the overall community
Prepares reports in accordance with established policies and procedures
Attends various conferences and/or seminars as needed to ensure current, up to date knowledge of therapeutic models as required
Attend appropriate educational courses to maintain licensure and/or certification(s).
Achieve and maintain expected productivity standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
