The Company is seeking a talented leader, with experience in digital transformation, sufficient tech savvy (e.g., experience in modern product delivery approaches such as design thinking, agile methodologies) and a passion for innovation and delivery excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will report into the Global Head of Digital and Technology for the Global Workplace Solutions business and will:
Own development, delivery and operations for products enabling two separate services lines which are key priorities for Global Workplace Solutions; Establish and execute product roadmaps for the product suite.
Develop a plan to and lead rationalization of GWS's application portfolio.
Lead and continue to grow a high-impact engineering team – deeply technical, transform the engineering organization to agile product development and software engineering best practices (i.e. DevOps (CI/CD) automation, test automation, etc.).
Modernize product stack, drive migration to the public cloud.
Work with business stakeholders to identify areas where technology innovation can generate substantial upside; test and scale-up innovation.
Establish governance and a culture of transparent performance management.
Across all priorities, a key driver of success will be the ability to manage Global stakeholders, achieve consensus using fact based analysis and drive disciplined execution.
Seasoned product and technology executive. Experienced in leading a digital transformation; experience with successful technology product development and delivery.
Experience in launching and scaling digital products with the ability to think of the full product life cycle – engineering, SaaS pricing, product marketing and client support.
Passion for technology, products, UX and innovation; Experience in implementing modern product development practices (agile, design thinking).
Relish working with small high-impact teams; ambitious and results oriented – sets a high bar and leads with example; ability to set a transformative agenda and drive practical execution; ability to operate at senior levels.
Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree and/or MBA is a plus. 15 + years of relevant experience
