The main roles of the Business Continuity Expert are:
To coordinate and animate the local BCM governance and network
To coordinate local Business Continuity activities and Crisis Management activities
Coordinate and animate UK BCM governance and network
-Provide guidance on BCP requirements and objectives to BCP stakeholders and local BCP correspondents -Report BCM risks and activities outcomes to LCC, GRM governance and other BCM stakeholders when required -Evaluate and report Entity Maturity Level (according to the AXA Group Business Continuity Management Standard)
Manage local Business Continuity and Crisis Management activities for AXA IM UK (BIA, risk assessment, tests, budget, etc.)
Identification of local business requirements for BCP
-Identification, assessment, quantification and reporting of local BCP risks -Definition and coordination of the implementation of BCP/DRP strategies, solutions, Test Program -Definition and update of local documentation, process and Crisis Management procedures -Communication to the local Crisis Committee of any incident that could impact Business continuity -Definition and execution of Awareness and Training Program
Coordinate BCM governance, local Business Continuity and Crisis Management activities with risk managers in AXA IM entities (ex: US, Mexico)
-Provide guidance on BCP requirements and objectives to local BCP stakeholders and local risk managers -Provide a support to local risks managers as per the BCM roadmap -Control that local BCM Framework is in compliance with the AXA Group Policy.
Participate and manage some transversal projects in coordination with the Global BCP team
-Contribute to the annual Assessment and Quantification of Operational Risks in alignment with AXA Group Methodology (Solvency II, local Quantification if relevant (ICAAP) -Contribute or manage transversal projects (ex: maintenance and support of the BCP notification tool, development of organizational BCP solutions such as the transfer of activities, review of BCM policy, gap analysis...).
Education/Qualifications Master's degree in Business or Engineering
Experience Experience (3-5 years) in Asset Management/banking, financial services industry or Audit
Knowledge and Skills Good knowledge in Business Continuity and Crisis Management Good knowledge in Asset Management (processes, products, etc...) Good knowledge in IT environment Communication skills, both written and spoken Native English or fluent in English Good knowledge of MS Office
