The Executive Assistant provides executive-level analytical and administrative support to the Dean and works under the general supervision of the Assistant Dean. Coordinates daily and long-range activities of the Dean; prioritizes the Dean's workload; triages the Dean's correspondence and independently responds on behalf of the Dean; drafts appropriate memos or other correspondence; produces analytical or other reports summarizing projects; maintains the Dean's files; manages the Dean and Assistant Dean's complex calendars with discretion; makes travel arrangements for the Dean; and serves as the primary contact and liaison for all interactions involving the Dean, including interactions with executives, donors, and government officials.
