Senior Compensation Associates will work in our Dallas, Texas or Washington, DC offices and collaborate closely with all members of their project teams primarily serving the Public Sector marketplace. This position provides significant opportunities for career growth and skills development. Responsibilities may include:
Market studies and benchmarking analyses
Job evaluation and classification structure design
Research of total rewards trends and best practices
Collective bargaining analytic assistance
Performance management program design
Development of pay structures and compensation policies
Focus groups and meetings with our clients’ employees and managers
Cost modeling and cost/benefit analyses
Report writing and presentation development
The ideal candidate must have:
a relevant undergraduate or advanced degree, preferably in Public Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field
the position requires at least 3-5 years of experience (public sector human resources or compensation consulting preferred)
experience with Microsoft suite software (significant experience with Microsoft Access preferred)
strong skills in analytical thinking, quantitative analysis, creative problem solving, and the ability to work well in a time-critical environment
