Operations is one of the largest divisions in the firm and has diverse responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying and mitigating all operational risks, developing strong client relationships and partnering with technology to realize the full potential of IT and e-solutions. Throughout, the Operations department continually seeks ways to improve while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.
- Manage client data team who supports all businesses ensuring client data set up and maintenance. - Collaboration with Business Unit and IT to identify, drive, and implement process improvements and technology solutions. - Creation and maintenance of management system information including : monthly metrics, key performance indicators, key risk indicators, risk control self-assessment. - Building strong relationships with the Business Units and Operation teams to determine best practices - Provide high-level metrics to senior management and stakeholders across different departments in the firm, including but not limited to Information Technology, Risk Management, Sales, and Documentation - Improve and monitor existing controls and data quality. Continuously evaluate the risk environment and look for opportunities to mitigate operational risk. - Provide input on Business Requirement Documents for system development/enhancement and perform UAT testing

Skills Preferred: - Experience in the finance industry - Experience of managing a team either locally or remotely - Knowledge of MS suite of products including (Mainframe, Power point, Share point)
