Provide support to existing members of the team in managing the BAU relationship between the Firm and the PRA/FCA and regulators in other key European locations
Provide assistance with the management of the Continuous Assessment supervisory process, responsible for meeting administration/logistics, distribution of agendas, providing pre-data and reports, hosting and accurately capturing meetings and tracking to completion any follow on actions
Run the regulatory deliverables tracker, ensuring that all regulatory requests are fully known and understood by the various stakeholders within CS. Project managing these requests, tracking to completion and timely escalation of potential issues
Co-ordinate the regulatory reporting suite. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that accurate and appropriate information is provided in response to regulatory requests for information
Tri-angulate with regulatory counterparts in US, APAC & Switzerland to share knowledge and global regulatory strategies. Collaborate internally on global initiatives and regulatory MI
Prepare regulatory overview documentation for governance bodies and audit committees
Uphold standards expected by CS in all regulatory dealings, as per Global Policy
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.
A strong investment/wholesale banking background and ideally experience working with/for a financial Regulator or within an Audit, Risk or Controls function
A firm understanding of project management in the context of a global financial services firm is also a helpful attribute
Knowledge of UK regulatory landscape
Solid organization skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold CS standards
A desire to learn and intellectually inquisitive
Experience of presenting to senior management
An understanding of the firm's infrastructure is helpful
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
