Highlights & Key Responsibilities: - Work with Wealth Advisor Channel sales leadership team on strategic and tactical projects - Partner with regional sales teams, global marketing and individual investment teams on sales initiatives, campaigns and digital communications - Coordinate/Schedule client events & conferences, product road shows, weekly sales meetings agendas/educational off-sites (planning to execution) - Leverage technology and sales management teams in maintenance of sales reporting, CRM and business analytics - Act as a back-up for select administrative functions as required by the team Selective travel as required to support key sales campaigns / events
Skills/Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Highly proficient across Microsoft Office suite; (Tableau and Sales Force familiarity a +) - Motivated self-starter with great time management, problem solving and organizational skills and an ability to work well under tight deadlines - Commitment to a team-oriented environment and a willingness to openly share ideas and leverage the expertise of others in order to generate new ideas
