This position serves as the head coach for the Barons Golf program for The Ohio State University at Lima and Rhodes State College. This position will coach January through April, with expectations to coach practice 1-2 times per week in January and February, coach 1-2 matches per week in March into April, and tournament play concluding in April. Demonstrated successful golf coaching experience; ability to work well with student-athletes; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to foster a strong and cooperative athletic environment; strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience coaching at the collegiate level.
Target Salary: $3,500.00 - $3,500.00 Annually
