We are looking for:

• Successful experience within an association/nonprofit as the data business owner, including:
  • Development of data governance strategy/framework, with responsibility for execution
  • Detailed understanding of the impact data has on the organization’s ability to achieve its business goals
  • Successful management of data solutions (focused on integration and efficiency) within an association or nonprofit, leading to effective management of multiple databases
• Experience bringing disparate databases into alignment
• Association leadership experience with proven data governance and business intelligence expertise, including directing organizational-level projects
• Strong working knowledge of data management activities, tools, architecture, and requirements
• Familiarity with functional-area management systems supporting association/nonprofit business needs
