The Federal Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for taking the lead customer service role for the Federal Contracts team.
Duties include reviewing and triaging incoming and outgoing correspondence from/to government agencies, educational institutions, companies, faculty researchers, and administrators, using internal electronic systems to document actions, set up agreements, check compliance and review internal documents. The position also includes monitoring and routing email for the team, as well as typing correspondences.
Associate's degree and 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience is required. Must have excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. The ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
