Lincoln Land Community College is currently accepting applications for a Program Director to provide leadership and direction for the Occupational Therapy Assistant program and maintain compliance with national accreditation standards.
Program Director will be responsible for the following:
Assist in marketing/recruitment of students
Teach portions of the program curriculum based on program needs
Serve as academic advisor to students
Work with the Dean to provide day-to-day direction for program faculty and staff
Develop, monitor, and assess program budget
Participate on committees of the program and college, as needed
Participate in ongoing professional development
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience but will be no less than $56,053 per year with an excellent benefit package.

Certification and Licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant
A minimum of five years of documented practice as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant
Administrative experience including, but not limited to, program planning and implementation, personnel management, evaluation and budgeting
Understanding of and experience with occupational therapy assistants
At least one year of experience in a full-time academic appointment with teaching responsibilities at the post-secondary level
Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois
