Lead the team to grow the credit card customer base through various channels;
Structure the acquisition strategy to recruit profitable customers and lead the team to implement various programs with respective work flows;
Differentiate from competitors with impactful communication strategy, attractive acquisition program and drive to target the right customers for our card products;
Monitor program efficiency and productivity;
Work closely with Management, regional team and cross-functional teams including Sales Channels, Decision Management, Risk Management, Operation, Customer Service, Marketing Communication & etc.;
Review end-to-end customer journey from acquisition;
Work closely with technology team on system enhancement and prepare business requirement to ensure smooth execution at all sales platforms;
Design sales processes and ensure proper operation control and governance.
University graduate, preferably in marketing or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years solid marketing experience in banking industry preferably in cards business;
Good leadership skills and willing to take up challenges;
Proactive and adapt to dynamic environment;
Excellent analytical skills with customer centricity mindset;
Strong in leading seamless & end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns;
Ability to prioritize projects with team resources;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Good communication & presentation skills;
Familiarity with system design.
