The GW Medical Faculty Associates is currently seeking qualified candidates for Sr. Director of Insurance and Risk Management.
This critical role develops and implements a comprehensive organizational Risk Management Plan designed to reduce or eliminate risk with a focus on professional healthcare and general liability. Successful candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting, preferably in a complex, academic organization. Extensive experience investigating and managing complaints, incidents, adverse events, and/or medical malpractice litigation is required, as well as demonstrated experience in developing effective working relationships with physicians and staff.
