JOB SUMMARY: In the highly dynamic Office of the Board of Managers, the Board Governance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the board meeting development process. This position is responsible for ensuring that all official board meeting materials are appropriately prepared, processes and presentations are appropriately aligned, and meetings are properly documented and retained as prescribed in the Retention Schedule for Records Common to all Local Governments - LSGR. The function of this position is to assist the Board in completing their work as effectively and efficiently as possible, and in accordance with organizational policies, goals, and strategic plans. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
1.Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:Undergraduate degree. 2.Work Experience (Years and Area):Minimum of three years of progressively responsible work in administration. 3.Management Experience (Years and Area):Minimum of 1 year management experience. 4.Equipment Operated:All business office equipment
