The VAPSHCS PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration Residency consists of longitudinal rotation experiences designed to provide in-depth specialty training in pharmacy administration. The resident will gain comprehensive experience in automation, pharmacy operations, HR management, patient safety, finance, budgeting, pharmacy informatics, administration, and leadership. A wide range of health care services over a large geographical area gives the candidate an opportunity to gain experience in providing integrated and virtual pharmacy services. The resident will become an integral part of the pharmacy leadership team. The residency is structured to meet the needs and interests of the resident.

Current pharmacist licensure
Completion of a PGY1 residency
