Overall web management and ensuring total quality control on web projects. Identify, suggest and design areas for software/web development improvements. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best web development practice for maintaining, expanding, and scaling websites. Serve as primary developer in charge of multiple internal and external websites.
Assess complexity of user requests and prepare cost and time estimates for project development. Assist clients, and verify compliance, guidelines and policies.
Create and maintain mobile-first responsive web design and development.
Utilize web-based style guide, and building components from scratch.
Degree in Information Technology, Journalism, Art, Graphic Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field is preferred. Experience writing technical documentation and reports including, but not limited to the following: needs assessment procedures and reports, usability testing plans and reports.
An Associate's Degree program related to web development or programming.
3 or more Years experience with: Web development, Database design and scripting, Source control management and workflows, Overall web design trends. Preferred experience: PHP, TERMINALFOUR, and mobile design.
BS or BA degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related discipline.
