The Production Control Analyst (PCA) is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and/or monitoring final approval of products through the complete production cycle across multiple Rockwell Automation and external manufacturing sites to meet business goals and customer deadlines. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules, across multiple locations in North America. Works to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions across Rockwell Automation and external manufacturing sites which they support. Oversees the master schedules for their assigned Rockwell Automation and external manufacturing sites and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing. Communication between the Production Control Analyst, Leadership Team, Material Coordinators, and external site manufacturing managers is critical. Regionally responsible for production control and maintaining internal and external capacities.

Regionally responsible for maintaining internal and external capacity levels and loading and timely acquisition of project materials to support exemplary customer service.
Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases. Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements.
Responsible for following all applicable corporate, company, governmental and regulatory policies and procedures as appropriate for this position.
Completes other tasks as needed.
