The Talent Acquisition Manager, Corporate Recruitment is responsible for the sourcing and recruiting for corporate and senior level/leadership positions, as well as overseeing the recruiting for Corporateroles. This person will serve as a vital resource to both the HR Business Partner and senior leaders in the organization. As a vital part of the continued success of our business, this person will work directly with senior leadership and will have the potential to grow with the organization as we continue to grow.
Talent AcquisitionManager, Corporate Recruitment will lead, manage and execute on key talent initiatives and needs for Corporate Team of 450+ employees.
The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in full cycle recruiting, heavy interaction and consultation with executive leaders and will manage the recruiting process end to end while managing the Corporate recruitment team.
This position plays an essential role in developing and executing on strategic recruitment initiatives, creating recruitment partnerships, and successfully executing suitable placements for positions to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs.
The primary focus of this role is to be the strategic recruiting partner and point-of-contact for senior executives, leading the recruiting activities and collaborating with hiring managers and leadership on their hiring initiatives.
Individual will be responsible for fulfillment of all corporate support roles and select field leadership role.
This role is critical for the development of a talent pipeline of top talent for corporate support roles, serving as a subject matter expert for talent acquisition.
Develop Talent Acquisition strategies to support current and future workforce needs. Including leading projects.
Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes for the following TA programs:
Military Veteran Recruiting
Ensure a strong evaluation and screening process of candidates to ensure high caliber and fit to the organization.
Ensure recruiters comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws around all recruitment processes.
This role will be responsible for the management and development of up to 5 team members.
3 years' minimum hands on people management experience in a recruitment role
5 years minimum recruitment experience, with heavy emphasis on recruiting Finance, HR, Marketing, and Information Technology roles.
Able to deliver results, meet deadlines and performance targets
Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal
Computer proficiency including knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), recruiting websites, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information System (HRIS), etc.
Ability to perform, work with a sense of urgency as well as maintain professional composure under pressure
Experience training or mentoring others within a Recruiting Team.
Success experience developing and managing relationships with internal customer groups.
Ability to thrive in ever-changing, challenging and fast-paced environment
