To provide technical and analytical support and expertise to various areas within the Total Rewards and HR Shared Services department.
To support the day to day administration and management of Compensation data, processes and analysis.
Support the administration of Reward programs such as annual Merit Increases, Short-Term Incentive (STI) plan payouts, Spot Awards, Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan payouts, and Executive Perquisites.
Support compensation day-to-day activities such as employee moves, job evaluations and total cash compensation analyses.
Provide advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of the total rewards plans to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the development and delivery of total rewards information through various channels (e.g. employee portal & group presentation).
Ensure that all compensation and benefit plans are administrated appropriately within government regulations and in accordance with ArcelorMittal policies.
Deliver reporting and analytics for the Compensation and HR Shared Services using SAP and SuccessFactors.
Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
Support the digitalzation and process efficiency for Compensation and HR Shared Services.
Assist with survey portfolio management – i.e. survey submissions, benchmark job matching, vendor management, and working in conjunction with HRIS and IT on data needs as applicable.
Support HR technology implementations impacting Compensation and Shared Services processes through participation in system design, providing requirements, testing and training.
Participate and assist in total rewards projects as required.
Minimum university degree in Business or related field with 5 years of compensation or total rewards experience is required.
Certified Compensation Professional designation is an asset.
