CITY OF NATCHEZ is seeking a highly qualified and experienced City Clerk. Salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 plus benefits and retirement. Qualifications include Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent; and minimum of 4 years of related experience. Individual must also possess considerable knowledge of general government, municipal accounting, and analysis of fiscal data. Clerk would be accountable for the preparation and integrity of the City's municipal accounting records and related financial reports, strategic planning; city-wide managing and planning of financial activities including budget, funding, payroll and business properties.
