Essential Functions: Implement evaluation design and data collection methods within local mental health, criminal justice, and law enforcement stakeholder agencies cross the state as defined by PI.Manage data collection processes including process mapping, identification of data points and collection methods, plus data collection, entry, cleaning, and reporting.Act as primary liaison and institute and maintain positive collaborative relationship among stakeholders and systems within individual communities.Facilitate ongoing communication with stakeholders including management of regular meeting schedule (including conference calls and in-person meetings) and use of innovative techniques and technology for maximum participation. Coordinate and balance goals and objectives of the evaluation team with needs, abilities, and priorities of stakeholders.Assist with data- and project-related tasks assigned to SSW students, research assistants, and CBHJ volunteers. Coordinate with PI, Deputy Director, and other evaluation team members to report findings to stakeholders and assist in interpreting data and determining next steps.Provide support in writing research reports, developing presentations, and development of other print and presentation materials. Ability to regularly travel to project sites and meetings across the state.
Qualifications: Master of social work (MSW) or Master's degree in related disciplines including Public Health or Criminal Justice.Experience working in mental health, substance use, public health, and/or criminal justice systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Ability to interface with various levels of personnel and elected officials within county and state government and throughout mental health, criminal justice, and law enforcement agencies.Ability to conceptualize and map processes within a system or agency to illustrate the flow of information or services and identify data collection points. Proven skills in presenting and reporting evaluation or research findings including writing, editing, presentation, and training. Self-motivated and proven ability to work remotely.
