We currently have an exciting opportunity for an FCTP Workstream Leader to be based in our London office.
The role holder will be responsible for leading all aspects of a workstream within the multi-year Financial Crime Transformation Programme and supporting the Programme Director/Head of PMO in the management of large-scale programmes across the Group, influencing Policy and Strategy and achieving sustainable FC compliance through the improvement of San UK's FC Controls, processes and systems.

As a FCTP Workstream Leader your main responsibilities will be
Leading and driving all aspects of the workstream to support delivery of the overall Programme plan in an efficient, effective and timely manner
Develop the reporting and governance framework required to ensure robust management of all aspects of the workstream including progress updates (MI; budget tracking) also supporting all areas of procurement such as Letters of intent, purchase orders, spend requests etc)
Ensure that all risks and dependencies are captured and proactively managed
Produce significant business improvements or bring about cultural change whilst enhancing delivery of the full benefit across a range of projects
Using various review mechanisms, manage and control all workstream costs
Achieve workstream effectiveness by building successful business and functional relationships with stakeholders of all levels as well as working through third party suppliers and strategic partners
Deputising for the Programme Director/Head of PMO as required
Minimum skills and experience required
Proven experience of managing large scale workstreams/programmes
External knowledge of programmes and their impact and all interfaces
Knowledge of IT, Operational infrastructure; data and data quality and the implications made by the change programme
Experience managing multiple change processes across multi-disciplinary projects at any one time
Strong influencing skills at Board/Executive Manager level
