We currently have an exciting opportunity, on an 18 Month Secondment, for a FCTP Workstream Subject Matter Expert.
The role holder will be responsible for providing Subject Matter Expertise for the workstreams within the multi-year Financial Crime Transformation Programme; whether Retail, Corporate or Second Line focussed. This will also include deputising for the Programme Director/Head of PMO, as required, in driving progress across the Programme and influencing policy and strategy, to deliver sustainable compliance.

As a FCTP Workstream Subject Matter Expert your main responsibilities will be
Supporting the effective and timely delivery of the FCTP workstreams, including; providing Subject Matter Expertise; stakeholder management; inter-dependency analysis; problem solving and solution finding.
Supporting the various workstreams in delivering against plan and the overall mandate.
Presenting findings and recommendations on innovative, and often radical, changes that have an impact on profitability and achievement of strategic objectives.
Ensuring that risks and issues are appropriately captured and proactively managed.
Deputising for, and supporting, the FCTP Programme Director/Head of PMO as required.
Supporting and influencing the development/enhancement of the reporting and governance framework required to ensure robust management of all aspects of the workstream, including progress updates and MI.
Minimum skills and experience required
Proven working knowledge of the global legislative and regulatory framework for Financial Crime; Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery and Corruption.
Programme/project management experience, alongside the involvement of managing workstreams /programmes.
External knowledge of programmes, their strategic impact and all interfaces.
The ability to influence at subsidiary Board / Executive Manager level
Sound knowledge of IT, operational infrastructure; data; data quality; and implications of changes made by the programme.
