Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Analyst-Finance Help Desk.
In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for providing support services, prepares reports as required, maintains records and files and performs related duties in support of a research project or office operation.
Will partake and facilitate when needed with the monthly business unit sessions established by Finance Service Center Manager with the respective leadership.
Provide Manager with Daily/Weekly/Monthly Metrics and Analysis out of FrontRange ticketing system.
Assist with any of the business units including Payroll, Purchasing, and AP when needed.
Primarily responsible for all areas other than Payroll, Purchasing and Accounts Payable.
Assist Manager in identifying trends and recommends solutions to remediate incoming incidents.
Handle inbound calls for all areas other than Payroll, Purchasing, or AP unless needed.
To code and escalate logged tickets in a timely manner.
Utilize taxonomy and work with Manager to keep updated.

Maintain a personal focus as well as that of the team on a consistently high level of customer service to all employees, vendors, and external contacts in financial services matters. Support is provided one on one, over the phone or via email and he/she must maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Works under minimal supervision.
Relies on experience and judgment to resolve incidents before they are escalated to higher levels. Because of their knowledge, this individual is looked to as a resource within the Service Center by those CSRs with less experience and also assists in the training and mentoring of lower level employees.
The Finance Services Associate applies an advanced skill set to provide professional, accurate, and prompt customer service in all areas of Finance supported by the Finance Service Center.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a 2-4 year degree in Finance or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four years experience as a Customer Service rep or in a Finance related field.Strong telephone etiquette with the ability to empathize with the caller.Ability to work independently and with originality. Ability to maintain confidentiality. PeopleSoft, orother Payroll/Financial System and reporting. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Demonstrate analytical ability, technical and quality orientation in problem resolution and servicing. Excellent communication/negotiation skills, both oral and written, since position requires contact will all levels of customer and internal personnel. Must be able to manage customer base in organized, proactive and independent manner to meet all requires time frames and commitments Proficiency working within a Windows environment, using business applications and proprietary desktop tool sets.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Prior practice with high volume of customer service experience.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
