We are searching for a professional like you to play a key role in the planning, design and execution of research activities and simulated experiments to accomplish project objectives. You will be relied on to provide knowledge and expertise in achieving research targets, interpreting results, and reporting them to key stakeholders.

Leveraging your education in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline, you will conceptualize, propose and execute new projects and programs while setting a research direction that provides innovation and breakthrough advantages for the business.
Effectively applying your experience in the use of scientific codes for molecular systems (Gaussian, Turbomole, etc.) as well as periodic solids (VASP, Quantum Espresso, CASTEP, etc.), you will screen and design new materials as catalysts, additives, monomers and polymers for application in the automotive, agricultural, cosmetic, coatings, and other industries.
Serving as a role model, you will champion an enthusiasm for practical industrial research while maintaining a safe working environment.
Successfully engaging across and outside the organization, you will interact frequently with colleagues as well as with customers, suppliers, consultants, universities, and government agencies, and play a leadership role in industry conferences and technical societies.
Participating on a team of cross-functional professionals, you will work to advance scientific, technical, and process expertise throughout the organization.
