Reporting to the Senior Associate Director for Advising and Programs, the Associate Director provides one-on-one advising to students and alumnae of Barnard College; presents workshops and programs on diverse topics that align with Beyond Barnard's Mission; and leads select Beyond Barnard initiatives.

Required Qualification Summary:
2-3 years related experience that includes demonstrated advising skills and supervisory experience.
