This role shall be accountable for the following areas:

This role shall be responsible for the following job responsibilities:
Originate, evaluate and analyse investment and development opportunities for Singapore and the regional market
Research and evaluate ongoing market developments and intelligence. Apply strategic and future oriented thought process to develop investment viable propositions and products
Craft effective investment proposals in accordance with the company's development and acquisition strategy
Perform financial analysis for development projects and investment projects
Negotiate and analyse land, property purchases, tenancy agreements including legal oversight of documents and closing transactions
Organise team resources to strategise, negotiate and transact investment deals in accordance with the parameters set by the Investment Committee. Conducts due diligence and manage external parties to achieve set business objectives
In coordination with the property management and projects team, support all asset and property management activities for the invested portfolio
Understand and appreciate the effects and application of government policies, tax laws, regulatory impositions, customs and business ethics of the key operating markets that would enable investment management activities of the Company to be undertaken efficiently and effectively
Work closely with projects and other internal operating teams to support investment activities. Work with the Company's finance team to monitor project finances, take responsibility for establishing and updating total project budget
Track, maintain and report all invested project's development progress, capital needs and financials to the Investment Committee.
In performing these responsibilities, this role is expected to be capable of undertaking multiple tasks and operating under different and overlapping datelines as well as effectively organise a team to do so. The performance will be measured via results achieved against available resources.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Possess precise and accurate financial and numerical skills and the ability to create, modify and interpret all investment, valuation and finance matters.
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Corporate Finance related responsibilities, e.g. Treasury, Capital Markets, Real Investment or Asset Management.
