The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Asylum Attorney Fellow for the Immigration Law Clinic.
This position provides legal representation and immigration service counseling to immigrants seeking asylum before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS).
The staff attorney advocates for clients before other government administrative agencies and before other service agencies, as needed and/or as appropriate.
This position is housed at the Immigration Law Clinic of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law under the supervision of the Clinic Director.
The staff attorney will also develop CLE courses to train Pro Bono attorneys to take asylum cases.
