Overview of business line/support function:
Working as part of the Regulatory Project Team you will be providing (a) support to the manager of the project team, and (b) participate into regulatory projects as business analyst
The role is to cover business analysis, project reporting, resource/budget management and meeting facilitation, as well as outward communication across virtual and distributed teams.
The role is based in Operations. However, the project role involves working closely with other areas of Operations, IT, Compliance and FO, with teams in different locations: Hong Kong/Singapore/Japan/Korea...
Be part of a project team of ~10 people
Closely work with the Project Managers in charge of Regulatory implementation
Contribute to the project governance (workshops, operational committee, steering committee...) with the key stakeholders from Operations, IT, Tax, Compliance and Front Office departments
Provide management and business partners with ad-hoc analysis.
Optimization of existing process to produce/monitor the compliance with the regulation
Review existing documentation on operational procedures and process
Provide planning/budget support to the manager of the team
Provide administrative project support and methodology to the project team
Provide the project reporting to the headquarter on a monthly/quarterly basis
Prepare meeting minutes and participate to the program governance regular basis
Have minimum a diploma/degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, business administration, or related disciplines
Working Experience 1 to 2 years
Willingness to work in a project environment and gain experience on business analysis, project portfolio management best practice / project administration
Proficient in Word, Excel (+++) and PowerPoint skills
Good communication skills (English is a must, Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus)
Can work independently with analytical and problem solving skills
Good team player with good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive
Flexibility and ability to learn quickly
