Our client is a Well Established Financial Services Firm with strong market share in Asia Pacific. To cope with its expansion across the region, they are looking for 3 seasoned MPF Consultants to join their expanding business and team.
The Retirement line of business has over 40 years of presence in Hong Kong with comprehensive service offering and dominate client base. Our specialist MPF Advisory Services business line advises clients on all aspects of their MPF programs. A key part of this business is to help our clients review, select and monitor their MPF vendors through an effective governance framework, taking advantage of our specialist industry experience and unparalleled market knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for pursuing opportunities from our large client base and business connections to secure profitable new broking business.
Self-generate prospect activities and build / maintain trust relationship with Prospects
Actively identify opportunities across various business lines to capitalize selling opportunities
Liaise and maintain key relationships with MPF providers and with external related parties (MPFA, HKRSA etc.) to maintain up-to-date knowledge of MPF landscape and relevant MPF products and services offered by MPF providers
Attend day-to-day enquires from new clients/prospects
Assist in the development of marketing materials
Drive a proven sales process that meets and exceeds sales targets
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Work with sales team members to approach the prospect on coherent basis
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Proven track record new business sales
Over 5 years' working experience in MPF provider or brokerage industry
Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Enthusiasm, self-motivated, organised and self-disciplined-good at managing own time and tasks.
Ability to build strong relationship and have excellent networking skills.
Achievement and results focused - likes working to targets, sets and works to priorities.
Motivated by challenges and the desire to success for others as well as self.
Eligible to obtain CIB and MPF intermediary licenses immediately
Excellent English and Cantonese speaking and writing skills. Proficient in Putonghua is a plus
