Reporting to the Executive Director, Alumnae Relations, the Director of Events will provide coverage and support for events produced by the department of Development and Alumnae Relations from January 2019 through mid-June 2019. The Director will mainly focus on the planning and execution of Reunion, in coordination with the Alumnae Relations team, and the Annual Gala, in coordination with the Special Events team, with the goal of increasing engagement and participation. The Director may also be charged with planning and executing high-level cultivation events, and various alumnae events as needed. These events are critical to developing and sustaining the long-term relationships between Barnard and its key constituencies that result in substantial financial support for the College.
