This customer facing role will be responsible for meeting or exceeding allocated sales target through growing existing business / developing new business for all RA products / services / solutions portfolio through a disciplined planning and sales execution process. The individual is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts including but not limited to Users, OEMs, and Integrators, while engaging with distributors to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.

How You will Achieve Your Goals
Maintain a collaborative relationship with the RA Distributor/s and internal stakeholders.
Develop and execute account plans for assigned account packages which includes systems integrators, end-users, OEMs, EPCs.
Spend at least 70% of time visiting customers in support of account plans.
Adopt the company's disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities and front-log using available sales tools.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contacts / visits. Facilitate resolution of customer issues.
Analyse current business levels against allocated sales target and provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts.
Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings.
Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography.
Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by Manager.
