The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Primary contact for US Senior Management on information security and BCM related matters. This includes incident management, crisis management, and regular KPI / KRI reporting.
Implement, maintain and improve the Information Security and BCM program in line with the Allianz Group and industry standards (e.g. ISO 22301, BCI).
Lead and drive Information Security and Business Continuity Program initiatives designed to strengthen program maturity addressing business needs with special emphasis on end-to-end processes including 3rd parties.
Manage risk assessments (BIA) including application, infrastructure, outsourcing and lead business units in the development of corrective action plans.
Liaise with internal and external technology audits and regulatory reviews in US, and partner regionally and globally as required.
Manage BCM tests in the region including post-mortem test report.
Measure and enhance employee awareness on information security and BCM.
10+ years of relevant experience in Information Security, Business Continuity Management and/or IT Risk Management / Assurance
Proven track record in delivering results in global organization
Solid knowledge of cyber security threats, current BCM, crisis management and disaster recovery planning techniques.
In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment and technology control requirements.
Strong understanding of Financial Services processes and related IT architecture. Prior exposure to Asset Management industry is a plus.
University degree or above in Business, Finance / Economics or Computer Science.
Able to independently drive and manage multiple concurrent projects and work priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop a network in a short amount of time.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (both spoken and written), additional language skill is a plus
