Oversee financial planning and tracking, roadmap development, and performance reporting of key products belonging to the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) technology stack.
Capital plan development and tracking: Support annual capital process, guide team through business case development, support monthly investment reviews
Operating budget development and tracking: Develop annual budgets, track monthly spend, highlight areas of concern in time to take corrective action
Performance management for key products and capital initiatives: Work with stakeholders to identify metrics and set targets, develop and release monthly scorecard, establish governance process to ensure capital initiatives deliver business case objectives
Product roadmap and governance: Maintain annual product roadmaps, serve as a tollgate function if deviation from standard product stack/ pricing, coordinate with regional leaders and roadmap owners as needed
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the execution of assigned activities, and ensure that all risks and issues are being properly identified and actions are being taken to closure
Coordinate with various individuals at different levels in the organization to secure information required to create the periodic deliverables – budgets, product roadmaps, metric scorecards and dashboards, etc.
Provide guidance to different teams on the use of capital and operating budget based on knowledge of industry and CBRE-specific finance and accounting practices and policies
Provide insight in the business domain as relevant to the activity being managed such as identify negative trends exposed by metrics and possible root causes, identify irregular spend patterns in budget tracking and implications, etc.
Develop various forms of written communications – status reports, Steering Committee reports, etc.; lead facilitation and preparations for meetings with senior executives
Ensure programs are measured against true sources of value – this will include not only focusing on on-time and on-budget program delivery, but more importantly, focusing on realizing the benefits committed
Guide different teams on the development of business cases with clearly identified benefit commitments and how and when these will be achieved
Coordinate the periodic review of programs and their underlying technology products which includes looking at key quarterly outcomes, performance metrics, and state of capital projects
Drive innovation in the program management domain by identifying new tools, templates, concepts, and other techniques that result in better and more transparent program control
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of six to ten years of related experience and/or training, including 2-3 years of management level experience.
