You will help to create and oversee everything for the market.
You will help manage the overall P&L responsibility for the market.
You will build and grow the Hana brand through events, public relations efforts, brand awareness, and local support.
You will be the voice of your local markets internally and partner with key functions such as development & broker relations, finance, technology, digital, human resources, development, sales & marketing, and public relations/communications to grow the Hana footprint and human impact.
You will lead the unit Management teams in your markets to accomplish the following:
Create a collaborative and accomplished environment amongst our patrons and partners through events, personal involvement, and meaningful introductions.
Ensure that our units are fully operational, and processes are running smoothly.
Manage the sales process and patron retention.
Encourage team development and growth.
Manage all Success Metrics for the market.
Ensure market-wide, core alignment with the Hana mission and principles.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Define, develop, execute and own the patron hospitality experience.
Build and lead unit and regional teams and external product and integration partners and platforms.
Manage an agile new business development process leveraging lean methodologies and operational-design thinking.
Translate business metrics, consumer/business/technology trends, and operational needs into workplace solutions that scale and create exceptional patron experiences that drive low churn and long-term patron loyalty.
Central point of contact for the Hana experience across the market, working across multiple stakeholder groups, managing internal/external relationships and driving deliverables.
Develop and manage partnerships and vendors who support the Hana patron experience.
Set the bar and manage ongoing quality and service levels including (but not limited to) SLA's, performance metrics, and patron feedback.
Jointly own, with the marketing organization, all patron research including profiles, surveys, interviews and net-promoter score performance.
Provide points of view and support on merger and acquisition opportunities.
Set the tone for the team, demand performance, and drive results while also growing the next generation of leaders in the market and is responsible for all hiring and firing in the market.
Be the local market presence to support the Development Team in the selection of future market locations.
Assist in programming the physical space with the Design Team.
Help manage the P&L - patron growth, occupancy, revenue & margins - managing budgets & pro formas for new unit development.
Be responsible for a culture of accomplishment and the exceptional patron experience of all Hana units.
Be responsible for the performance of the local unit team and for local organizational health.
Build a strong local brand through executing marketing campaigns (events, ad buys), in partnership with the brand and marketing teams.
Navigate local regulatory status and work with legal on government relations.
Coordinate with public relations and communications. Be the local spokesperson for the press.
Build and manage high-level relationships and partnerships within the market.
Partner with the Hana home office to manage vendor relationships.
Mentor multiple teams in several locations to accomplish unit business goals and execute on all objectives.
Act as liaison between your city teams and the Global COO.
Maintain Hana brand standards in your market.
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within multiple functional and operational areas. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for multiple staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

Experience & Requirements
Minimum 10+ years experience in hospitality, marketing, retail, startups, consulting or related experience with a strong operational focus.
P&L experience required.
Managed organizations of 30+ people across multiple units.
Experience in managing sales and building high visibility brands is critical.
Experience in real estate, facilities management or retail is required.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
