Process all agreements handled by the contract office mechanism and maintain files
Process applications and other forms that require legal review (mostly clinic forms such as Medicare, Insurance, and Credentialing etc.)
Maintain database to manage renewals & terminations
Manage payments and other obligations
Manage invoicing and collections
Travel reimbursement, hands on assistance with T&E
Backup for blanket PO invoice processing
Invoicing for contracts and special requests, track payments
Prepare CRRs & send to Cashier's Office
Claim EFT Payments
Accounts receivable reporting
Reports, monthly, ad hoc, CODA
Prepare Journal entries
Produce Monthly Financial reports,
Data Analysis and ad hoc reporting including CODA and other surveys.
Reconciliation, payroll and gifts
Policy & procedure education
Other Duties as assigned including but not limited to:
Provide coverage for other team members as needed
Answer policy and procedural questions as needed
Works with contracts, helps with payments, may help with payroll reconciling, helping people that need help with travel reimbursements, helps with end of the year student refunds.
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include:
Previous experience preparing reports using extracted data from database applications.
Previous experience working in Accounting, Financial Analysis or Decision Support Role.
The successful candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Attention to detail is integral to the position.
Advanced Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook and Word skills
