The Team: The Information Platforms team is responsible for the management and improvements of the Business Applications that drive S&P Global. Our team leads many internal applications from Salesforce, Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, Reporting and Workflow tools. We are in search of a highly motivated Salesforce professional who is excited about utilizing their technical project management skills to lead projects from conception to completion in an Agile environment across multiple CRM teams.
Manage projects for Salesforce.com implementations or customizations from an Agile
Participates in the scoping of proposed improvements, and works with Content Managers, Product Managers, or other Project Managers to turn business requirements into actionable developer specifications.
Works to mitigate risk while owning tasks, resources, and changes.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on limited experience and discernment to plan and accomplish goals.
WhatWe'reLooking For: Basic Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, business analyst, project manager, systems analyst or similar in a technical environment
Knowledge of Salesforce and the Salesforce architecture
Ability to clearly bring together and document software requirements
Strong Critical Thinking and analytical skills
Communication skills (present, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and at all levels)
Salesforce Administrator Certification or willingness to achieve Admin certification within first year
Experience working in Salesforce Lightning
An understanding of or experience working in Agile methodologies
Experience working in large, global teams
Understanding of the financial services industry is a plus
