The Equinix Federal business is expanding rapidly, and is currently looking to add a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Herndon, VA.

Are you an organized individual capable of multi-tasking? Do you have experience leading multiple functions and interacting with personnel at all levels of management? In this role you will be responsible for supporting Contract Managers in the basic day-to-day contracts management process, particularly with respect to U.S. Government customers. Responsibilities include collaboration with internal clients throughout the business development, contract formation, negotiation, performance and close-out cycles. Also responsible for contract support functions, i.e., maintenance/administration of internal contract templates, knowledge contract management tools and systems.

Handle active contracts and engagements; Act as liaison with Sales Account Executives, Sales Support Associates and Customer Success Managers to ensure compliance with contract terms and customer satisfaction
Use functional experience and expertise in the review and administration of NDAs and Subcontract Agreements
Assist in the preparation of internal contracts reports and information for contract management
Review contract orders and modifications and coordinate with internal team members to confirm accuracy of data and information contained in those documents to match contract proposal and other commitments
Collect, organize and input appropriate data into Equinix systems
Maintain contract files in accordance with all required regulations and support all Government mandated contractual reporting requirements.
Support the resolution of payment-related problems
Complete Federal Representations & Certifications for proposal packages
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years of related Federal Government contracts experience
Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS is essential
Experience with GSA Schedule contracting would be a plus
1-3 years experience working with commercial contracts
Knowledge of Commercial Item/COTS contracting with the Federal Government is preferred
Preference for NCMA CFCM certification
Analytical approach to problem solving, risk assessment and strategy
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint skills
Some travel required
