We are partnering with a North American Investment Bank on a unique opportunity for Compliance professionals open to a career transition to Employee Relations/HR.
Reporting to the MD of HR in EMEA, this individual will also have regular contact with the EMEA Head of Compliance, with the key deliverable of overseeing the UK whistle-blowing platform.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have a background across compliance (or perhaps operational risk) within the Financial Services sector, as this role resembles many of the themes typically contained within the Compliance industry.
Play a key role in the UK whistle-blowing programme, acting as the committee secretary.
Communicate and collaborate across HR to embed a Risk Conduct Culture, and 2LOD mindset in HR Governance issues.
Program manage ER Risk Conduct and culture initiatives.
Communicate findings from reviews, present identified issues to senior stakeholders in the form of concise MI.
Partnering with the EMEA Compliance department on annual attestations, whistle-blowing or conduct investigations and similar.
VP/SM level background in Compliance - with emphasis on issues management, governance, controls, employee conduct and whistle-blowing.
High attention to detail, with strong analytical, report writing and MI soft-skill base.
Ability and interest in managing and resolving employee issues.
Bachelor's degree (or above), with LLB, LLM etc. preferred.
