The HRIS Analyst is the subject matter expert and technical lead, responsible for the continuous improvement of global Talent Management processes (performance, learning, recruiting etc.). The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts in Talent, Human Resources, Benefits, and Professional Development to configure the system, implement new functionality, build data analytics, enhance & maintain interfaces and ensure talent management processes and system tools are set up in a modern, simple and effective manner for our organization. Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate end to end testing processes to ensure successful system set up and testing of new or adjusted configuration inclusive of integrations
Develops and maintains interfaces between various HR systems as well as vendors
Configuration of new or adjusted functionality, business process adjustments, field changes, or new modules and understanding downstream impacts.
Participate in cross functional projects and enhancements with other areas such benefits, compensation, absence, time tracking, payroll, and core HR.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues by logging and tracking reported issues to vendor and ensure timely resolution.
Write advanced reports, design dashboards & analytics, and validate data
Uses internal systems, running queries, format daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and government required reports and generating ad hoc reports for internal and external clients as needed
Conducts routine audits and validation to ensures accuracy of data, rectify discrepancies and/or missing data
Develops, maintains materials and delivers systems end user training & support and troubleshooting as needed
Provides support of the employee performance management, time & attendance, LMS, reporting tools work allocation and recruiting through support of viDesktop, Kronos, UltiPro, Cognos, Crystal Reports and Jobvite
Acts as liaison with HRIS vendors as needed
Partners with IT and/or vendor to troubleshoot system issues
Reviews and audits data entry transactions for quality control
Identify opportunities for automation, validation and self-service to improve efficiency and data integrity of HR system processes.
Maintains documentation for all HR systems
Assists in updating the HRIS system setup and its utilization
Develops a regular monthly audit schedule to review the integrity of data in the HRIS system and databases
Creates, generates, and maintains effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
Develops a dashboard of HR metrics to be presented at monthly, quarterly, and annual senior leadership meetings

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field Masters preferred.
5 to 10+ years hands-on HRIS experience
Comprehensive experience creating and modifying reports
Intermediate or Advanced skills: SQL, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF
SPHR/PHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP and legal environment background a plus.
