Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Admin Coordinator.
This entry level position in the QI/CSI department that primarily assists with office management functions and would complete assigned projects for Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Medical Home, Meaningful Use and accreditation functions of the department. These assignments include but are not limited to: scheduling meetings, cataloguing of meeting agendas and minutes as well as data entry and validation.
Other duties as assigned.
Participates in assigned meetings and or committees, as assigned.
Assist in the cataloguing of meeting and educational materials, including but not limited to screenshots, instruction sheets or computer based video training
Data entry as required in reconciling data from various reports and entering into spreadsheets, dashboards, graphs etc
Facilitate scheduling of training sessions for the staff.
Facilitate scheduling of meetings for members of the department.
Provide coverage for calls as assigned.
File, fax and type any correspondence for the department as assigned.
Manages the administrative office functions.
Assists in simple data validation and would recommend report formats.
Assist in compiling minutes and or other evidence for applications/accreditations.
In collaboration with the Departmental leadership, schedules and notifies members of workgroups as assigned.
Demonstrates understanding of the Lutheran Network and its leadership structure to facilitate information gathering and convening workgroups.
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree required with 2 years of relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of standard office software is essential, including proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet and database software (e.g., Microsoft Office, preferred). Ability to multi-task and/or coordinate multiple assignments is required. Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures, and effectively communicate detailed information to a diverse population, both verbally and in writing; excellent problem-solving skills is required.
