We are offering a unique interview process for experienced nurses to meet with our Adult Float Pool Nurse Management Team. We will be conducting in person interviews as well as virtual interviews for those who cannot meet at our location. Come prepared to tell us about yourself, your acute care nursing experience and interest in Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This is your chance to make a lasting impression on our hiring team. We have 7PM-7AM opportunities available in our Specialty Units such as CVICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, SICU, Stepdown.
Inpatient Float Pool Nurses provide specialty services that include critical care, med-surge, emergency, step-down, and a variety of other service lines.
Supplemental staffing provides a crucial service for our customers, not only to ensure safe quality patient care, but provides support for our unit colleagues as well.

Position Qualifications: Job requires Graduate of an approved discipline specific program and one year of experience or the equivalent and Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration (LCR): Registered Nurse (RN)
