Manage Cybergrants software system, used for all matching gift/employee giving requests
Support team in employee engagement events, including event creation, coordination, invitations, logistics, and partner outreach
CSR Programs: Operational (40%)
Manage accounts payable and operational expense process from end to end and manage payment process
Manage inventory of supplies including processing orders
Monthly analysis of budget variances and re-projections
Collaborate with CSR Team to contribute to management of databases and administration of surveys
Assist in getting approved social media messages posted
Support CSR Signature Initiatives
Perform ad hoc projects and research, as needed by the CSR Team

At least six years of corporate work experience preferred
Excellent Microsoft office skills (particularly excel and PowerPoint)
Project management experience preferred
Ability to exercise sound judgment; prioritize work, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines
Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
Keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and proactive nature
