What You Will Do: Hone in on your inner project manager by helping us collect data to reduce risks associated with the organization by using one of the largest vendors in VMS. As part of the Enterprise Spend Management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, administration, and compliance of the Contingent Workforce program. We want you to collaborate with internal and external business partners to share your expertise.

What Success Looks Like:
Work with cross-functional business partners to deliver analytics, metrics, and industry best practices for the contingent workforce.
Conduct supplier performance meetings to discuss open positions, challenges, headcounts, and recruiting strategies.
Manage operational issues between the company, business partners and suppliers, including vendor management system (VMS) tool management (Fieldglass), order fulfillment, workflow process, and back office practices.
Communicate with suppliers regarding servicing requirements and provide feedback on performance.
Implement tools and processes to enable contingent workforce reporting.
Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure onboarding and off boarding of the contingent workforce follows company and government regulatory policies.
Troubleshoot and address Fieldglass process and system issues.
Resolve operational and tactical questions and problems.
Train employees, suppliers, and hiring managers on VMS system.
Assist with new business integration to ensure smooth transitions into the current program.
Monitor assignment start and end dates; contact managers and suppliers to confirm start information is complete.
Enter job postings for specified programs.
Update client systems with onboard requirements as needed.
Manage the onboard process in Fieldglass, coordinate onboard requirements to ensure compliance to client on-boarding policies prior to start of assignment; follow-up with suppliers and or managers if items are not complete.
Troubleshoot and help to resolve on-boarding related issues.
Ensure proper off-boarding process and procedures.
Enter work orders for selected candidates.
Complete requested revisions in Fieldglass, including supervisor changes, rate changes, financial cost center changes, project code changes.
Design and conduct continuous self-monitoring to ensure full compliance with company policies and governing entities.
Assist in the coordination and oversight of audits related to contingent employee status, background checks, and other contractual requirements.
Ensure projects and activities relating to the program are completed and tracked.
Serves as the Fieldglass subject matter expert.
Provide sound consultation to hiring managers/business partners on how to use the Fieldglass application as part of their larger contingent workforce management program
Complete special organizational projects on an as needed basis.
Implement strategies to achieve contracted service level metrics.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as necessary - add and change report, manage time sheet reports and approvals and consideration for PMO dashboard management; In addition build and maintain automated Supplier Create monthly scorecards in Fieldglass (dashboards, metrics and key KPI’s) to track supplier performance , and identify actionable recommendations to senior management.
What You Need:
Bachelors’ degree in a business, supply chain management, law, management, or human resources, or equivalent experience.
Five years of experience in contingent workforce program management.
Experience managing performance metrics and service level agreements.
In-depth knowledge of VMS tools.
Communication skills to present information to audiences at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pace environment.
Preferred experience using Fieldglass, SAP/Ariba
